Assistant Property Manager
The Hakuba Collection is a property management company that handles all aspects of owning, managing, and operating resort rental properties. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work with us on everything from reservation to customer service to facility maintenance for guests staying at our properties!
Job Description
Correspondence with customers staying at our facilities and related rental stores, schools, etc. (e-mail and face-to-face)
Day-to-day administrative duties and staff management (facility checks and other maintenance duties, trash collection, BBQ equipment cleaning, lawn mowing, snow removal, etc.)
General document management and procedures related to management and operation.
Salary
Salary ranges from 180,000 to 210,000 yen per month, depending on age, experience, qualifications, etc.
Working hours
40 hours per week between 7:00 ~ 22:00, 2 days off per week (may vary depending on reservations and season)

Qualifications and Skills
Regular driver's license
Japanese and English (business level)
Experience in the hospitality business or management is welcome.
