The open-plan living and dining room is the centre of the house: heavy timber beams, an oversized handmade dining table, and a fireplace that becomes everyone's spot after a day on the mountain. The kitchen is built to commercial spec, with a gas range, dishwasher and oven, and a Rocket espresso machine on the bench.
Evenings stay in. The media room has a 75-inch screen, Bose surround sound, Apple TV and Netflix, and there's a pool table and a wet bar. Open the big window beside the hot tub and the whole valley is in front of you.
Of the six bedrooms, three have their own en suite, with three further bathrooms shared. It works for several families, or three generations, under one roof. Floor heating is set room by room.
Getting around is easy. There's an internal-access garage plus parking for four cars outside; the ski shuttle stop is a three-minute walk, and the nearest restaurants and bars are three minutes by car. On select winter dates, guests who book direct through our website for five nights or more have free use of a 9-seat Toyota HiAce 4WD, which puts all ten Hakuba Valley resorts within reach.
For a larger group, Powdersuites and Eminence, also part of The Hakuba Collection, are close by and can be booked alongside.
To cut single-use waste, toothbrushes are not provided.
