Sakuraya is a four-bedroom house on a quiet residential street near Hakuba Station, with a small park and a stream behind it. The station, supermarkets and Snow Peak Land Station are all within walking distance, and Happo-One is five minutes by car.
Downstairs is one long open room: sofas, a reading corner, a desk and a coffee corner, with the kitchen built around a large marble-look island. The oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher are Miele, and there is a 75-inch TV for the evenings.
Three of the bedrooms take a king or two singles, and the master upstairs has its own bathroom; the fourth is a bunk room with two full-size bunks, the one children tend to claim first. Every room has its own air conditioning and underfloor heating control.
Boots go on the dryer in the drying room, and the laundry room has a washer-dryer. Book direct and a 4WD van comes with your stay; there is parking for two cars and an EV charger.
In summer the garden is set up for eating outside, and the barbecue can be booked from early May until late autumn.
We don't supply toothbrushes, to cut single-use waste, so please bring your own.
