Nagoya to Hakuba Express Train + Bus
Board the Limited Express Shinano, also called the Wide View Shinano train at Nagoya, going towards Nagano Station; once you get to Nagano Station, take the bus at gate 26 to Hakuba. Nagoya to Hakuba Taxi
Alpico Taxi is the only chartered taxi service from Nagoya Airport. They can handle up to 7 passengers with luggage in their jumbo taxi—estimated time and cost: 4.5 hours, ¥141,000.

Nagoya to Hakuba Bus
Two buses leave from Nagoya Airport, one at 16:00, and an overnight bus. The overnight bus departs at midnight and arrives around 6:00 in the morning. Estimated time and cost: 7 hours; prices vary from ¥4,500 to ¥6,500 depending on the day of the week.

Car Rental from Nagoya to Hakuba
Rent a car in Nagoya and drive to Hakuba. Estimated time and cost: 3 h 30 min; rate depends on car size, but a Toyota Noah will run you around ¥20,900 per day from Toyota Rent a Car. Tolls are approximately ¥5,390 if you use the toll road.
Please remember that if you are coming to Hakuba in the wintertime, you will need to reserve a 4WD with winter tires as a special option with availability, depending on the pick-up location.
